We all struggle to let go of certain things, especially if they bring us a sense of stability, comfort and joy but why would we try to let go of these things if they provide such warm feelings? Do they really bring such emotions or is it all an illusion?
In today’s post, I wanted to share with you some ways on how to find out if something is really meant to be left in the past or if it’s meant to be worked on. We all have been through moments when we hang onto things even when we knew it was time to move on from them. If you’re feeling like you are at such an impasse then hopefully this post will give you some clarity and help you in some shape or form to realise if it’s time to let go of them or not.
Nous avons tous du mal à nous détacher de certaines choses, surtout si elles nous apportent stabilité, confort et joie. Mais pourquoi chercher à nous en séparer si elles nous procurent de telles sensations ? Ces émotions sont-elles réelles ou n’est-ce qu’une illusion ?
Dans cet article, je souhaite partager avec vous quelques pistes pour savoir si une situation doit vraiment rester dans le passé ou s’il est préférable de la poursuivre. Nous avons tous connu des moments où nous nous accrochons à des choses, même en sachant qu’il est temps de passer à autre chose. SETBACKS UPON SETBACKS
If you’re experiencing setbacks upon setbacks when you are with someone, in a specific situation or doing something specific then it’s definitely time to let go. It’s completely normal to go through ups & downs and you don’t have to let go of something just because you are going through an obstacle, but if it is persistent to the point it becomes a pattern then you don’t have any other choice than to move on from it.

A PHYSICAL IMPACT
This goes without saying but if you’re not only emotionally exhausted but also physically drained then it’s time to close this chapter. Nothing is worth over your health and you shouldn’t brush off any signs which concern your health.

NO LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL
If you feel like you have no hope left and whatever it is you are trying to push through has sucked all the passion and joy out of you then you should move on to something else. Clinging onto something that brings more disadvantages than advantages isn’t worth it, especially when those disadvantages have a physical and emotional impact that prevent you from experiencing joy and peace.
