Mini Haul | Forever 21 | KIKO | Essence

“I don’t know where I am going but I am on my way.”

Hey Loves! I hope you had an amazing new year’s eve and you celebrated and enjoyed with your loved ones! As you can see by the title, today I came back with a mini haul which was done before last week!

As you probably know, if you follow me on Twitter that I went for Christmas shopping at the last minute. At the same time, I went shopping after so many days but I couldn’t resist to buy some things for myself. I didn’t buy a tons of products as you can see but just a few but I thought I would share with you what I bought!

I bought some beauty products which were actually lip products and some jewellery and accessories. Let me stop rambling and let’s jump into the post!

JEWELLERY/ACCESSORY

I just recently had this addiction for the statement earring which you only wear for one ear, I think this is a great fashion statement especially when you are wearing a simple or plain dress and if you have your hair on the side then this piece of jewellery will give a pop of effect.

BEAUTY

Lip pencil

I only bought two lip pencils from KIKO cosmetics which were the Smart Lip Pencil collection, the price is so inexpensive and the quality is so good. The shade 704 is like a brown nude colour which I really like it, it doesn’t wash out my face and the colour is not dark at the same time! As its name, the colour is similar to a brick colour and it has red undertones. I would wear this colour with a dark and intense smokey so all the attention can go to the eyes.

The shade 712 is more like a light mauve and rose/pink nude, the two shades are really similar but of them have different undertones which makes them totally different. This is an everyday colour, you can pretty much wear this colour for any occasions.

Lipstick

I bought two lipsticks from Essence cosmetics, I have to mention that the lip products from Essence are really good especially the texture and quality. It’s so easy to apply and it has an oily finish which really feels nice on my lips. The shade 04 is a wearable red colour, not vivid, dark or too bright which is really nice because I can wear on any occasions and it will not look over the top.

The shade 09 is like a violet/berry colour with pink undertones, I love this this colour because I feel this type of colour can make anybody’s lips pop.

Lip gloss

I bought two lip glosses, one is from Forever 21 and the second one is from Essence cosmetics. The Essence one is a shimmery pink colour which is a prefect everyday colour. The Forever 21 one is a darker pink compared to the Essence one and has more shimmers on it. There wasn’t any name or shade written on the product.
