  1. Not medical advice….(you should always consult your physician before taking supplements) But I would recommend taking vitamin D with Calcium to prevent nutritional robbery. If you do not have enough Vitamin D, with a calcium supplement, your body will rob your bone tissue of the Vitamin D (That weakens bones), which is essential to calcium absorption.
