TIME GIVES AN ANSWER
I’m pretty sure this is something you might have already guessed but time does give an answer to your question which in this case, it will help you realise or find out if you have truly grown or not. A lot of times, people want to grow at a faster rate which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but I think growing at a slower and steadier pace is equally as good if not better.
It allows you to reflect on things and perspectives, sit on your own thoughts and evaluate yourself in ways you probably would have never imagined before. Even wondering about your growth is a sign of growth in itself.

THE WAY YOU REACT DURING A SPECIFIC SITUATION
There is no better way to find out if you have truly grown as a person than to see the way you handle yourself in a specific situation. How would you have reacted before versus now? Are you still reacting the same way or are you consciously trying to have a different reaction? I don’t think anybody goes through a drastic change pretty quickly to the point they would have a very different reaction from one day to another.
Everything happens gradually so even a small change – no matter how insignificant it may seem — should be appreciated and acknowledged. At the end of the day, it’s about applying the life lessons you’ve learned in your everyday life. One of the quotes that I always think about is “luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity”, there are a variations of this quote in many forms but at the core, I love the intention behind this phrase which highlights the importance of discipline, consistency and hope in oneself.

REFLECT ON YOUR MINDSET
I think the biggest sign of growth is the way you reflect on your mindset, perspectives, thoughts & opinions. Asking questions to yourself is probably the hardest and most difficult step to make because it requires you to reevaluate your own personal thoughts, values & beliefs which many people don’t move forward to do for various reasons whether it’s due to ego, fear, shame or even denial.
