3 Indicators That Your Blog Is Growing.

There are a few indicators that you can check in order to see if your blog is on the right track of growing. Those elements are usually pretty straightforward and will help you either implement new strategies to grow your blog or inform you to keep using your existing strategies. In today’s post, I wanted to share with you those indicators which I’m pretty sure you already know. Without further ado, let’s jump into the post!

LIKES

This element is pretty obvious but if you see a sudden surge of likes or even an increase of extra likes then it definitely means that your blog is growing. It’s important to remember that a decrease of likes isn’t the opposite of growth, the numbers of likes you receive will fluctuate depending on your audience and the time of the year.

COMMENTS

I’m pretty sure you already guessed this but your comments are another blog element that will let you know whether your blog is growing or not. This element can be quite tricky depending on your strategies and the way you utilise your blog. For instance, if you are a part of a comment swap and have to comment on other blogs in order to receive comments back on your website then the comments you receive aren’t technically organic which can give you the illusion that your blog is gaining comments when in fact, your blog will stop receiving comments as soon as you stop leaving those comments.

VIEWS

This element is literally the most straightforward and reliable one in terms of blog’s growth. It’s something I’ve already said on my blog but if you ever notice a slight difference when it comes to your traffic, it is a significant change. Not every blogger experiences a big change in a short amount of time, most bloggers experience their growth gradually which means that the changes they experience are relatively small on a regular basis.

  2. Definitely my views have seen a gradual increase. It used to be that they’d average about 60 a day, now they’re 100-150 most days and with no bot accounts or sponsored reads. I did have 302 in a day about two days ago, but I think that was because I installed a plugin and it made things go a bit crazy.
