DOING SOMETHING ELSE
If you don’t feel like doing a specific task then instead of spending time wondering on how to complete it, do another task. The more different it is, the easier it will be to increase your motivation level. For instance, if you are going through writer’s block then writing about another topic on your blog or working on your blog’s pictures will help you in that aspect.

TAKING A BREAK & RELAXING
This is something you might have already guessed but taking a break will help increase your motivation level. Most of the times, the reason why we are unproductive and unmotivated in the first place is because we didn’t take a break properly. Taking a break will not only help you feel recharged but it will also help you feel energised. The key to taking a proper break is not taking one but relaxing during the break in question.

NOT FORCING YOURSELF
Last but not least, do not force yourself to do anything when you don’t feel like it. You won’t be able to finish the tasks in question and even if you do, you will be able to notice the difference in terms of quality. If you don’t want the things that you are passionate about to turn into chores then wait until you feel the need & want to do them in the first place.

Great pointers🙏🏾
Thank you so much! 😊
Recently I had a terribly busy few weeks. I was exhausted by the end of the day and didn’t feel like writing or doing anything at all. Instead I listened to calming music. And once I felt better, I searched for some updated apps that could help manage sharing blog posts on various social media platforms. I learnt something new and of course, it encouraged me to write.
I’m really glad to hear that! Music has a calming & soothing effect that subconsciously helps clear your mind. Thank you so much for reading ❤️
I’m totally in the boat of not forcing myself to do something when I’m unmotivated. It makes the task harder to get through and can make you really this dislike it. I find starting with something you like helps build your motivation which can help you tap into the task you need to do. Of course, just taking a break and relaxing gives you time to recover from creative or work burnout.
That’s a great tip as well!
So wonderfull
Thank you so much!
