Worrying can be a great virtue to have since it doesn’t only show empathy and but also compassion. In addition, it shows a sign of maturity that you are thinking from every single perspective whether you are worrying about a situation, a person or about yourself.
However, worrying can also be one of the worst qualities to have if it comes from a place of anxiety and stress. When you start worrying because you are overthinking about something, there isn’t anything admirable or beautiful about that. In today’s post, I wanted to share with you 3 ways to stop worrying. LETTING IT GO
The art of letting go is a difficult skill to master but in this instance, it’s much harder because you aren’t letting it go in order to forget the situation altogether but you are letting it go in terms of putting it aside and not to focus on it for a moment. We cannot control anything in life and the most important part is that nothing is in our hands so you have to learn to let go of your worries in order to prioritise your well being.

CHANGING YOUR MINDSET
You can’t stop worrying overnight, it’s not something that happens instantly or within a few days. The only way to go from over-worrying to less worrying is to change your mindset about this subject. Having a mentality that you will face anything heads on during that moment and not worry about it in the remaining time will help you tremendously in the long run.

LIVING IN THE MOMENT
This is something I pretty much mention on most of my posts and this might be quite repetitive but I can’t stress how important it is to live in the moment. Nothing will happen by worrying about your past or future, the only thing that will help you gain peace & happiness is by enjoying the present.

Yes, difficult these days, with the environmental crisis, a world that seems more eager to go at war agains each other instead of working together and taking care of the planet, must be even harder for people who have children or young adults, they have to think or their closed ones, so sometimes I keep away from news, not too long, must be some kind of addict, but more importantly I try to find or distract my mind in some others things, preferably Art and Music instead of tv or video games…:)
I am exactly like you as well, I try to keep away from the media when it comes to the news as much as possible but at the same time, I do check it out because I want to know what’s happening around the world.
