Be Proud Of Your Blog

Go the extra mile, it’s never crowded.

Hey Loves! First of all, I wanted to thank you for all the amazing support you’ve given me this year. I never thought I’d get so many opportunities this year and it’s all because of your constant love and support you show me through your likes and comments, and it truly means the world to me.

I’ve been loving sharing blogging tips with you and it makes me so happy when you find my tips helpful. At the end of the day, everything I do is in hope it will help and inspire others – that’s my main goal. I’ve seen bloggers get disappointed when they worked so hard on their blog and it didn’t get as much love as it deserved. Obviously all these thoughts and feelings combined all together make us doubt ourselves.

We’re all humans and it’s okay to doubt ourselves, it happens to everyone and there is nothing wrong with that. Today, I wanted to share with you some reasons why you should be proud of your blog!

It’s a lot of hard work

Maintaining a blog requires a lot of time, effort and hard work whether you’re making money off it or not, it takes away hours of our free time! It doesn’t matter whether you post once a week, three times a week or twice a month, we’re all doing the same thing and there is no wrong way to blog.

You’re going to gain new skills

Trust me, we don’t learn to blog in a day! As weeks and months go by, you’ll start to learn things by yourself for instance designing your website, taking and editing pictures, managing your social media accounts. You’ll learn many new skills that most people wouldn’t even know how to master.

We all start somewhere

You don’t have to worry about your blog pictures not having the same quality as others, your blog being under a hosting platform whether it’s .wordpress.com or .blogpost.com, or not getting likes or comments on your blog posts. We all start somewhere and if you’re not sure about anything, ask any fellow bloggers for tips and help!

You don’t need a niche

In all honesty, write whatever you want to! If you want to write about a specific and unique subject then go for it. If you want to write about multiple things then go for it too! Having a niche is important (I’m not going to lie about that) but what matters the most is writing something you’re passionate about which will obviously lead to people reading and engaging with your blog.

In addition, write what feels right for you! Don’t write about beauty because that’s what most people are doing, write about something you’re interested about – you’ve the freedom to write about anything you want so don’t limit yourself!

You’re doing better than you think

Each milestone you hit deserves to be celebrated no matter how big or small it is. You should be proud of how far you’ve come so don’t focus about numbers and stats. Better have 5 followers who read and like & comment on your blog posts rather than have 5000 followers who don’t engage with your blog at all.
