3 Ways To Ease Your Stress & Worries.

I would consider our stress & worries to be our number one enemy, not only do they overwhelm us but they can also be quite unhealthy for both our body and mind. Many people usually say to take it easy when feeling stressed and to find ways to cope with them but it can be very confusing if you don’t know where to start or on how to start that process.

In today’s post, I wanted to share with you 3 ways to ease your stress & worries which are the things I do when I find myself in a position where everything feels overwhelming and stressful. As always, if you are interested – keep on reading!

Je considérerais notre stress et nos soucis comme notre ennemi numéro un, non seulement ils nous submergent, mais ils peuvent aussi être assez malsains pour notre corps et notre esprit. Beaucoup de gens disent généralement de se détendre lorsqu’ils se sentent stressés et de trouver des moyens d’y faire face, mais cela peut être très déroutant si vous ne savez pas par où commencer ou comment démarrer ce processus.

FINDING A SOLUTION TO SOLVE THE ISSUE

Most of the times, the reason why we are worried or stressed out in the first place is due to an issue therefore finding a solution to solve it will be the quickest & easiest way to end the problem which sounds extremely easy but it can be quite complicated depending on the issue or your circumstance.

Trying to find a solution doesn’t necessarily mean that you will be able to solve all the obstacles you will face along the way but knowing that there is an option where you can solve the issue at hand which means knowing that what you are going through currently is only temporary and not something permanent.

KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH

This one ties with the previous point but having a clear idea of what you are dealing with will help you tremendously when it comes to easing your mind. Not having a detailed idea of what you are dealing with will only increase your stress & worries but on the other hand, the opposite might give you a boost of energy & confidence to handle the situation because you already have an idea of what to expect which might potentially help you solve it as well.

PREPARING FOR ALL THE SCENARIOS

I don’t know if this is a right approach but preparing beforehand for all the possible scenarios that could happen will give you reassurance and not throw you off when the opposite happens. There might be some instances where you might hope for the best which doesn’t necessarily mean that the unexpected won’t happen. I’m not saying to be pessimistic but it’s also not good to be blindly optimistic when there is as much as a chance for things to go in a way that you haven’t envisioned.

  1. I like the preparing for all the scenarios part. Surpringly stress can result from over posivity, where we always expect life will go the way we want it to. Hence when it doesn’t we lose our minds. I am not saying we should be negative, but rather, we should be real and prepare for these setbacks
