It would be unrealistic to think that a person doesn’t have any regrets, we all have regrets—the only difference is some have more regrets than others and vice versa. In today’s post, I wanted to explore the notion of regrets you aren’t able to throw away. The ones that are all-consuming and restrict you from enjoying your life and sleeping peacefully. As always, if you’re interested – keep on reading!
Il serait illusoire de penser qu’une personne n’a aucun regret ; nous en avons tous. La seule différence réside dans leur ampleur. USING THEM AS A LIFE LESSON
It’s important to know that there is no point in having regrets which you weren’t in control of. With that said, instead of overthinking about those worries you should use them as a life lesson in order to move forward and not make the same action which created those regrets in the first place.

VIEWING THEM AS A NEW PATH
I also think that some regrets can be a blessing in disguise and open up new paths which wouldn’t have existed or exist if it wasn’t for those regrets in question. STORING & CLOSING THEM
When it comes to regrets you aren’t able to throw away, you have to remember that they have done and achieved their purpose, and there is nothing more you can do with them. You cannot change the past but keeping those regrets in mind will inevitably influence your future.
The only thing left is to store those regrets inside a box and close the lid. You don’t have to forget those regrets because they will
always be stored in a space inside you but that box doesn’t need to be opened in order to remember them. As I mentioned previously, they have served their purpose and now, you have to walk forward.
