Hey Loves! I hope you are doing well, today I came back with an interesting post, it’s a full face of makeup dupes! I know high-end products can be pretty expensive and depending on the products, they aren’t all easily accessible. In my opinion, you can definitely find high-end dupes in the drugstore.

Some products don’t even have any differences whatsoever so you can save a lot of money. I have included products that I find are perfect dupes for these high-end products in terms of formula, colour, etc. If you’re interested then just keep on reading!

DO YOU HAVE ANY MAKEUP DUPES?

xo N

  1. I currently use the Estee Lauder Doublewear, but I really hate the bottle! I might consider the Revlon since you’re recommending this as a dupe.

    1. Both of them are really good when it comes to the foundation itself, the formula is very similar. The Revlon one is very hydrating and has a good coverage, it doesn’t look cakey at all on the skin! It doesn’t have a pump which is the only downside in my opinion x

    2. There are even high end foundations who don’t have a pump which is a big no for me! I can understand for drugstore products because the price is affordable however for high end products, it doesn’t make any sense to me x

    1. I kind of did a thumbnail picture on my Pinterest comparing most of the products (I don’t know if that will be helpful..) unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures 😦 From now on, I’ll post pictures and swatches comparing both drugstore and high-end! x

    1. They are exactly the same colour and consistency! Although the Nyx one has a more “gel” finish but it goes a long way x

  2. I love posts like this! I have the Freedom Brow Pomade and it’s a really good dupe for the Anastasia Dipbrow xx

    1. Thank you Charlotte! The Freedom one is a great dupe as well, I was going back and forth with the Nyx and Freedom pomade but I chose the Nyx one since I love Nyx products so much and the price is nearly identical x

  3. Hey, thanks a lot for liking my latest post I appreciate that, I’ve been reading your blog and I really like it, you have gotten a fan out of me, I hope that one day we can collaborate together on something.
    Marlyn xoxo

    1. That’s my pleasure! Thank you so much for your kind words, it really means a lot to me. I can’t wait for us to collaborate in the future! x

  4. I love almost all the products mentioned here! Especially the Hourglass primer dupe. The Angel Veil primer is amazing.

    1. I check out your blog and I love it! Keep up the good work & your comment was in my spam section that’s why I couldn’t reply to you straightaway x

  5. I really like how you add the French translations. Do you live in France? Or is it just for your French speaking viewers?

    1. Thank you Veronica! I was born and raised in France. I currently live in the UK, I started to write in French because it was my mother tongue but now that I’ve French viewers, it’s more practical for them x

  6. I freaking love this post and use a huge amount of the dupe brands! Loving NYX at the moment it’s my latest obsession! I’m actually training as an MUA and i have just passed my Makeup Diploma. I written quite a few reviews and tutorials on how to’s with a full face of makeup, product, time & technique explained! I’d love for you to check out my blog it would mean the 🌎
Lots of love Cheyanne from thatcheyannesmith.wordpress.com 💗

  7. This is such a cool idea for a post, I totally need to give this one a go!

    Have a lovely day!
    xx Kris

  8. Definitely need to get myself the Maybelline tattoo eye shadow! Been wanting mac paint pot in ochre but it just seems so expensive at the moment 😦

    1. It’s so worth it compared to Mac! I always have to save money when buying makeup products whether it’s drugstore or high end makeup so I completely get it, makeup products are too expensive nowadays 😩

    2. Tell me about it! I recently bought the ABH palette and I cant think of buying anything else for a w hile now haha!

  9. This is such a great post! I just followed you, and I’m so excited to see more! I’m definitely going to have to try that NYX brow pomade, it sounds fantastic. Thank you for the dupes!

    1. Thank you so much Rebecca! The NYX pomade is such a great product, it’s so creamy and pigmented. You won’t be disappointed, I promise! x

    1. The consistency of the NYX primer I mentioned is definitely not sticky at all, it applies to your face smoothly and gives a nice base so that your foundation can stay in place. I wouldn’t really say it’s hydrating but if you have oily skin then this one works amazingly on your skin! x

    2. Thank you Nicole! If you’re looking for a good drugstore primer then I’d recommend the NYX ones, they are affordable and the quality is very good. They have a range of primers depending on your skin type and the finish you want, I’ve dry skin so I always go for a primer that’s hydrating x

  10. The I ❤️ makeup chocolate palettes are amazing dupes of the too Faced ones so I’d check it out 😉

    1. Yes, they are! They are pretty much the same exact shades, the only difference is the pigmentation. One is slightly more pigmented than the other but if you use a good eyeshadow base or eye primer, you won’t notice the difference! 😘

  11. I believe that Kiko is a good makeup dupe for any brand, as they have a really rich formula that you can buy at an affordable price. You can check out my blog for an extensive review about the brand

  12. I love dupes! I have used several of these and you totally nailed it! Not everyone has the time or money to shop specialty items and I like to pretend like we all started the journey wearing moms expired drugstore makeup, or was that just me? lol! I just tried the NYX tinted brow pomade and LOVED it, but felt like I definitely needed it a shade lighter than normal because it goes on so true to its color! I also have used the Maybelline Color Tattoo in a dark brown shade (I think it was chocolate or chocolate suede) as a brow gel and it worked AMAZINGLY.

    1. You’re so right, the NYX pomade is very pigmented and I definitely have to try the Maybelline Color Tattoo you mentioned. I’ve been searching for a brow gel for a long time now, this one sounds amazing!

    2. So I checked this morning when I was doing my makeup and the shade was just “matte brown” I don’t know where I got the chocolate (maybe I was hungry) but it really does work great. If you have tried the color tattoo line you’ll know, they are really difficult to remove (without a makeup remover) which I love because no one wants half of an eyebrow to melt off in public during a Summer heat wave LOL
