ABOUT THE BRAND

Pro Co. offers skincare as well as haircare products such as serums, lotions and shampoos which are made from clean and more than 75% of natural ingredients. They are made in the UK and are vegan friendly & cruelty-free which I love!

One of the things that made me instantly fall in love with this brand is the fact that they ensure all their product packaging has a very limited amount of plastic, and the small amount of plastic they do use is fully recyclable.

In addition, they have partnered with Offset Earth to donate to planting trees across the globe. Every product sold will contribute to this important cause which I think is pretty amazing!

THE PRODUCTS

They sent me three serums to review which if you didn’t already know before, I love serums as well as facial oils! Those two products are a must for dry skin! The packaging is pretty simple which I like. They all retail for £7.99 which is quite affordable in my opinion compared to the prices of other serums in the market.

Eye Rescue Serum

This serum claims to help fade existing pigmentation and improve skin micro-circulation as well as fade dark under-eye circles and rescue your eye contour. It is recommended to use it in the morning and evening, and to apply to the skin after cleansing and that you should gently rub one drop under each eye and blend it into the eye contour.

7% Encapsulated Retinol Serum

This serum claims to increase the benefits to your skin and improve multiple signs of ageing. It is recommended to use it before going to bed and that you should gently massage it in to the skin after cleansing.

20% Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid

This serum claims to reduce the signs of ageing by helping reduce the appearance of lines, wrinkles, age spots and dull, faded looking skin. It is recommended to use it twice a day and that you should apply it to the skin after cleansing.

FIRST IMPRESSION

Since I have only been using these serums for a couple of days, I can’t give you a detailed & in-depth review about it but my first impressions of the products always end up being my full-on review. I never had a positive first impression which ended up being a negative review after using it for a couple of months. The same goes for the opposite. If I don’t like a product when I first try it out, there is no way I’ll end up liking it afterwards. It just doesn’t work out for me nor my skin.

Firstly, I didn’t use all the serums all together in one day because my skin is quite sensitive and I didn’t want to use multiple different products all at once. Plus, if my skin gets an allergic reaction, it’s a great way to find out which product is the “culprit” lol!

I started off with the Vitamin C Serum because as you most probably already know, Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid are both really good for dry skin (any skin for that matter). I felt much more comfortable starting with ingredients that my skin was already familiar with. And as you already have guessed, I’ve been loving it! My skin feels a lot softer and smoother.

Then I incorporated the Retinol Serum, Retinol is another great ingredient for your skin. But you have to make sure that you use SPF, it’s very important! I had a couple of breakouts on my cheeks after using this serum which is completely normal, Retinol is quite strong and you would usually get breakouts before your skin clears out. It’s a sign of your skin detoxifying.

Finally, I tried the Eye Rescue Serum! I’ve been looking for an eye cream for a while now but I never really thought of looking for an eye serum therefore I was really excited to try this one! I can’t say I see a massive difference when it comes to my under eyes but I can definitely see changes in terms of pigmentation & smoothness around the eye areas.

MY THOUGHTS

Now onto the crucial part, my final verdict. I’m definitely impressed with the products, as you know my skin is extremely dry & sensitive so I’m very sceptical and careful about the products I use on my skin. But since they were vegan serums and were using more than 75% of natural ingredients, I felt very comfortable using these products. I’ve been loving the results as well!

I love serums in general, they make my skin feel a lot softer and they hydrate my face. These ones do the same job as well, I don’t see a difference between a high-end one versus this one – the quality is the same for only a fraction of the price! I would highly recommend to check them out! They get an A+ plus from me! Also, Pro Co were kind enough to give my readers a 20% discount (not affiliated) so if you are interested in any of these serums – click on the links down below!
