Check your main source of traffic in terms of countries and establish a time that might work depending on their time zone. It’s important to note the age of your demographic as well.
If most of your audience are students then they might only read when they get spare time which might be in the evening. Think from your audience’s perspective and try to find a time that works for you and for your audience which will help you boost your exposure.

En fin de compte, c’est votre blog et vous devriez faire des choses qui vous facilitent la vie et non l’inverse.
