5 Quick & Easy Breakfast Ideas.

Some years are productive in terms of accomplishments whereas others are productive in terms of rest and rejuvenation. One of the best ways you could rest and relax is through a warm & delicious meal and that is why in today’s post, I wanted to share with you 5 breakfast ideas which will not only fill your stomach but also help get started your day with a nice flavour. YOGHURT WITH STRAWBERRIES

I am pretty sure this is something you already know but if there is one food that I would recommend you to add into your diet is yoghurt, the amount of nutrients this single food provides is literally incredible. I personally like to have it with chopped strawberries and honey but you can also add blueberries, raspberries, etc. The options are endless! If you want to make it a bit more crunchier, you can add granola on top as well or even a crushed granola bar.

SCRAMBLED EGG CROISSANT

I personally think you can’t go wrong with a croissant in the morning but that’s only a personal preference but if you have some time to spare in the morning, you can do a scrambled egg croissant, pretty much like a sandwich.

Slice your croissant in half and put them the pair in the oven or air fryer. Prepare your scrambled eggs the way you like it and put them inside your sliced croissant. You can add cheese, ketchup or even sriracha inside, it’s completely up to you!

AÇAI BOWL

If you want something easy, light & yummy to eat first thing in the morning then an açai bowl is the perfect option for you. You can pretty much use any of your favourite fruits but you only need almond milk and needless to say, the main ingredient which is açai powder. Add your frozen or fresh fruits which in my case, I use frozen berries and a banana into the blender as well as almond milk and açai powder.

Mix everything into the blender and you will be left with the finished product. You can add fresh fruits as toppings which once again is completely up to your personal preference, you can add any fruits of your choice. You can also add chopped nuts or even chia pudding. It’s a very cool and flavourful breakfast to have during the summertime but you can literally have it during any other season regardless of the time of the year.

SMOOTHIE

If you want to eat something very quick in the morning then I would very much recommend a smoothie, it’s full of nutrients and it’s very lightweight as well. I only use frozen strawberries, bananas & blueberries and add Greek yoghurt and almond milk into the mix, it gives me the perfect texture and taste.

PANCAKES & STRAWBERRIES

I wish I could say that I make pancakes from scratch but unfortunately, I don’t. However, if you have the time for it especially in the morning then I would highly recommend doing that. I just follow the instructions on my pancake mix and add sliced strawberries & honey on top of my pancakes.
