3 Holy Grails From L’Oréal

L’Oréal used to be my favourite makeup brand (and still is) especially back in the day when I was still living in France. My mum owned their lipsticks and I’d always open and smell them, their scent reminded me of vintage lipsticks (in a good way haha)! In today’s post I wanted to share with you my 3 holy grails products from l’Oréal – I absolutely swear by these products!

L’OREAL COLOR RICHE SHINE LIPSTICK | BLUSH ME BABY

If you haven’t tried their color riche shine lipsticks, you’re definitely missing something out! The reason I picked this lipstick was purely for the shade, it’s such a beautiful shimmery beige nude. Usually I’m not a fan of lipsticks with a sheer finish but this one is an exception for me. I’ve been wearing it ever since I bought it, I like to pair it with a darker lip liner underneath as well. I’m definitely going to pick other shades from this range!

L’OREAL BACK TO BRONZE MATTE BRONZING POWDER

I always have a hard time finding a good bronzer for my skin tone, especially in the drugstore. They are always a hit or miss but this Back To Bronze bronzer is literally amazing! It’s not too warm or too cool toned & is perfect for an everyday wear. I haven’t been able to put it down ever since I purchased it. I always gravitate towards this bronzer whenever I wear makeup. I really hope they don’t discontinue it.

L’OREAL LUMI MAGIQUE BASE PRIMER

An oldie but a goodie, the Lumi Magique primer! If you are looking for an illuminating primer, this is the one you need! It gives such a radiant glow to your skin, like a glow from within.

I’d highly recommend this primer for anyone who has dry skin, you can never go wrong with it. I’ve featured this primer numerous times on my blog that’s how much I love it. The way I like to apply it is by mixing it with my foundation but you can apply by itself as well.

  1. L’oreal is a brand i rarely buy from tbh, not sure why, i think ive had a few mascaras but thats about it! they sound like good products!

    1. I totally understand what you mean! It’s definitely not a brand a lot of people gravitate towards but they definitely have some hidden gems x

  2. I like l’oreal products as well. I don’t wear much these because many companies have added soy or aloe and many other “natural” products that are supposed to be good to your skin. With so many allergies, I stick to basic and hope they don’t change the formula. Thanks for sharing. Side note, next time I’m going to start with the French to see if I really understand as much as I think I do!😉😂 All the best

    1. I have sensitive skin so I’m always careful about the products I use. My pleasure hun ❤️ Haha you should definitely try it! Thank you! Take care and stay safe x

    1. They are definitely not on the affordable side! In general, their products are quite pricey for a drugstore brand especially considering some of their products can sometimes be a bit of hit and miss.

    1. I’m sorry babe 😭 I recently moved and I still haven’t unpacked all my boxes and I couldn’t find these products. I don’t know where I put them 😂 Once I find them, I’ll definitely post the pictures on here! My pleasure ❤️

  3. L’Oréal is one of my favorites!!! I do have a couple favorites

I can NOT wear Covergirl makeup for some reason??… my face doesn’t like their stuff … and my eyes do not like their things either … I break out and then my eyes just cry constantly lol – yeah not a pretty site lol ✌️

I like all the others and L’Oréal is in my top 3 – I love love love their lipstick!! 💄❤️❤️❤️

I have not tried the bronzer or the primer – but I’m interested with the primer – I will have to look at that eventually – when I can go to store safely lol ✌️

    1. I don’t have any Covergirl products but that doesn’t sound good at all. Absolutely! You should definitely check out the primer, it’s a must if you have dry skin! ❤️

    2. My skin is normal type dry – I have used a primer before – they are awesome! I just haven’t tried L’Oréal’s

I’ll put that on my list to try! Thanks for the tip! ✌️
