Some people might struggle to fully enjoy their break which is normal. Not everyone gets to enjoy their break in an effective manner depending on their circumstance or responsibilities they have but it’s still important to find some ways to relax and have a proper break. In today’s post, I wanted to share with you some tips on how to enjoy a break effectively to the point you don’t have any regrets when going back to your everyday busy life. Tout le monde ne peut pas profiter de sa pause de manière efficace en fonction de sa situation ou de ses responsabilités, mais il est important de trouver des moyens de se détendre et de faire une pause appropriée. Dans l’article d’aujourd’hui, je voulais partager avec vous quelques conseils pour profiter efficacement d’une pause au point que vous n’ayez aucun regret lorsque vous retournez à votre vie quotidienne bien remplie. HAVE A PLAN
This is something that might not work for everyone but I still wanted to mention it and that is to prepare a plan. It’s not necessarily a to-do list or checklist but more so a plan that will give you an idea of what you want to do during this break in question. Having this plan will help you accomplish these things you want to do as well as help you have a great time.
C’est quelque chose qui pourrait ne pas fonctionner pour tout le monde mais je voulais quand même le mentionner et c’est pour préparer un plan. Ce n’est pas forcément une liste de choses à faire ou une check-list mais plutôt un plan qui vous donnera une idée de ce que vous voulez faire pendant cette pause en question. Avoir ce plan vous aidera à accomplir ces choses que vous voulez faire et vous aidera à passer un bon moment.

REST
One of the main things you have to remember when taking a break is to rest. No matter what you do or what other tasks you have to complete, make sure you take plenty of time to relax. Do things that help you relax whether it’s by sleeping in in the morning, watching your favourite shows or movies or by lounging in your garden. Spare at least an hour to simply rest without doing anything.
L’une des principales choses dont vous devez vous souvenir lorsque vous faites une pause est de vous reposer. Peu importe ce que vous faites ou les autres tâches que vous devez accomplir, assurez-vous de prendre suffisamment de temps pour vous détendre. Faites des choses qui vous aident à vous détendre, que ce soit en dormant le matin, en regardant vos émissions ou films préférés ou en vous prélassant dans votre jardin. Prévoyez au moins une heure pour simplement vous reposer sans rien faire.

KEEP YOURSELF BUSY
Another way to enjoy your break fully is by keeping yourself busy and I don’t mean that you have to work or do things productively but just do things that keep your mind distracted from thinking about work or any of your other tasks. This will help you live in the moment and enjoy your break while doing things that you love.
Une autre façon de profiter pleinement de votre pause est de vous occuper et je ne veux pas dire que vous devez travailler ou faire des choses de manière productive, mais simplement faire des choses qui empêchent votre esprit de penser au travail ou à l’une de vos autres tâches. Cela vous aidera à vivre le moment présent et à profiter de votre pause tout en faisant des choses que vous aimez.
