5 Tips for a Simple and Minimalist Theme on Instagram

Hey Loves! Having an aesthetic theme on Instagram has definitely shown a lot of benefits, not only it’s aesthetically pleasing but the audience loves to follow an account that has a particular theme. Here are some tips that I have gathered for a simple and minimalistic theme on Instagram.

Ayant un thème esthétique sur Instagram a définitivement montré beaucoup d’avantages, non seulement c’est esthétiquement agréable, mais le public aime suivre un compte qui a un thème particulier. Voici quelques conseils que j’ai recueillis pour un thème simple et minimaliste sur Instagram.

BRIGHTNESS

It’s important to see the quality of your picture in order to know if it will suit your Instagram theme or not. In addition, it will help you figure out what are your pros and cons when it comes to your pictures. I usually check the quality of my pictures by increasing the brightness level on my iPhone, from that way I can see if the quality of the image is good or not and then carry on, on editing the picture.

En outre, il vous aidera à comprendre quels sont vos avantages et les inconvénients quand il s’agit de vos photos. Je vérifie habituellement la qualité de mes images en augmentant le niveau de luminosité sur mon iPhone, de cette façon je peux voir si la qualité de l’image est bonne ou non et ensuite poursuivre, sur l’édition de l’image.

 

CHECK THE PICTURE

One of the tips to have a simple and minimalistic theme on instagram is to have the right amount of white balance in your pictures, what I mean by that is you have to check if your pictures have a white toned or yellow toned white. Some can be edited and some might be too obvious and you can still see a yellowish type of white.

Un des conseils pour avoir un thème simple et minimaliste sur instagram est d’avoir la bonne quantité d’équilibre des blancs dans vos images, ce que je veux dire par là, c’est que vous devez vérifier si vos images ont un blanc tonique ou jaune tonique blanc. Certains peuvent être édités et certains pourraient être trop évident et vous pouvez toujours voir un type de blanc jaunâtre.

 

FIND A FILTER

It’s important to have a consistent theme so choosing a filter, will keep the consistency of the theme intact. There are a range of great filters on Instagram and VSCO Cam, personally I only use VSCO Cam but I have heard Instagram has implemented a variety of filters so make sure to check them out.

Il y a une gamme de filtres sur Instagram et VSCO Cam, personnellement, je n’utilise que VSCO Cam, mais j’ai entendu que Instagram a mis en œuvre une variété de filtres donc assurez-vous de les verifier.

 

PREPARE THE FEED

It’s essential that you check if the images make a good feed by preparing the feed before uploading anything on Instagram. Some pictures might look good individually but when adding them next to each other, it might not look as good as they are separately. You might want to move the position or still do a little bit of editing so always prepare your feed and check if it looks all put together. I use VSCO Cam to check my feed, if you have updated to the newer version, unfortunately you can’t do it anymore. There are some apps available as well such as Mosaic where you can prepare your feed. Or you can open another instagram account and make it private, and use it to check and prepare your theme.

Certaines images peuvent sembler bonnes individuellement mais en les ajoutant côte à côte, il pourrait ne pas sembler aussi bon qu’elles sont séparément. Vous voudrez peut-être déplacer la position ou encore faire un peu de montage afin de toujours préparer votre theme. J’utilise VSCO Cam pour vérifier mon flux, si vous avez mis à jour vers la version plus récente, malheureusement, vous ne pouvez plus le faire. Il y a certaines applications disponibles ainsi que Mosaic où vous pouvez préparer votre flux. Ou vous pouvez ouvrir un autre compte instagram et le rendre privé, et l’utiliser pour vérifier et préparer votre thème.

 

TAKE YOUR TIME

This one is crucial, always take your time when it comes to editing your pictures. When you’re in a hurry and edit your pictures, somehow it will show on your pictures so edit your pictures when you have time from that way, you will pay more attention to little details.
