One of the simple techniques to create a theme on Instagram is to use a filter, it will instantly give an illusion that you’ve done a lot of editing to your pictures where in fact you only added a filter! In this post, I’ve gathered some of my favourite filters which not only you can use it for Instagram but you can use it for your blog pictures as well.

Thank you for this. I never know what filter to use on VSCO x
My pleasure lovely! x
Ooh this is so interesting! I actually never use those two Instagram filters but they look really good in your pictures! I tend to use Lightroom for my editing but it is a more drawn out process so I’ll have a play around with a few of these!

I love that you use filters but that you use them sparingly so it still keeps the integrity of your photos and colours! Love your filter choices!

These look lovely filters. I use Colorstory to lighten mine up but I don’t tend to use filters if I’m honest. I like to use natural lighting for my insta’ pics mostly. I’ll refer back to this post if I need to! x

I don’t use filters for my pictures as well but it’s nice to know the options in case if I want to use them. Thank you lovely x
I recognise the Insta and Color Story filters (I LOVE Color Story!) but not the others as I’ve always struggled with VSCO. I do like all the ones you’ve chosen here, they’re subtle, not completely changing things, but enough to give more of a branded feel. Thank you for this, I’m going to think about using one going forwards now! x
