3 Simple Things That Can Bring Joy Into Your Life.

A lot of people might think that you need to achieve your goals and dreams in order to feel happiness but I personally think that you can experience the peak of happiness during your everyday life when doing small & simple things. In today’s post, I wanted to share with you some simple things that can bring joy into your life or more like make you appreciate your life. Without further ado, let’s jump into the post!

Beaucoup de gens pourraient penser que vous devez atteindre vos objectifs et vos rêves pour ressentir le bonheur, mais je pense personnellement que vous pouvez connaître le sommet du bonheur au quotidien en faisant des choses petites et simples. Dans le post d’aujourd’hui, je voulais partager avec vous quelques choses simples qui peuvent apporter de la joie dans votre vie ou plutôt vous faire apprécier votre vie. I know many people love food! But I personally think that even if you are a picky eater like me when you eat something delicious, it makes you appreciate the food you are eating. Many people aren’t fortunate to even have a proper meal a day so when I put that into perspective, it makes me appreciate the food I eat even more. In addition, eating my favourite meal or dessert just makes my day better haha!

Je sais que beaucoup de gens aiment la nourriture ! Mais je pense personnellement que même si vous êtes un mangeur difficile comme moi lorsque vous mangez quelque chose de délicieux, cela vous fait apprécier la nourriture que vous mangez. Beaucoup de gens n’ont même pas la chance d’avoir un bon repas par jour, alors quand je mets cela en perspective, cela me fait apprécier encore plus la nourriture que je mange. De plus, manger mon repas ou mon dessert préféré rend ma journée meilleure haha !

Another thing that can bring joy into your life is by travelling or going outside. Obviously, depending on your current circumstance, you might not have the opportunity to travel whenever you want right now but even going outside for instance to a park, can brighten your mood. Especially, if you work from home. It will make you appreciate the beauty of nature but you will also feel a bit more energised.

Une autre chose qui peut apporter de la joie dans votre vie est de voyager ou de sortir. Évidemment, selon votre situation actuelle, vous n’aurez peut-être pas la possibilité de voyager quand vous le souhaitez pour le moment, mais même sortir, par exemple dans un parc, peut égayer votre humeur. Surtout si vous travaillez à domicile. Cela vous fera apprécier la beauté de la nature mais vous vous sentirez aussi un peu plus énergique.

Hobbies can vary from person to person. Some love watching movies whilst others love reading. At the end, what matters is you doing something that you love. It’s something I’ve mentioned multiple times on my blog but always try to spare time to do something that you enjoy every single day whether it’s an hour or two. It will make a huge difference in your everyday life!

Les loisirs peuvent varier d’une personne à l’autre. Certains aiment regarder des films tandis que d’autres aiment lire. À la fin, ce qui compte, c’est que vous fassiez quelque chose que vous aimez. C’est quelque chose que j’ai mentionné plusieurs fois sur mon blog, mais essayez toujours de gagner du temps pour faire quelque chose que vous aimez chaque jour, que ce soit une heure ou deux. Cela fera une énorme différence dans votre vie de tous les jours !

  1. We went on a trip a good number of years ago to the Virgin Islands. The trip cost a lot for us and we had saved up for it. Unfortunately, it was a crazy, stressful time. We tried to put the stress aside, but it carried over to the vacation. We went out on a small dinner cruise. The sun was setting, the water was calm, it was a scene straight out of a movie, but we were fighting. We would’ve missed out on the entire experience, but fortunately we looked up and saw one of the boat’s deck hands taking in and enjoying the moment. He was enjoying the present, where we were worried about what if’s and silly problems. It was eye opening reminder than happiness is not a destination, but an attitude. It’s what you make of life. Thanks for the great reminder.

  2. Completely agree about getting outside. Could combine all 3 of your suggestions. Your new hobby could be taking a long walk outside and stopping for a picnic and listen to the bird song..as long as you take the rubbish home! Happy days.
