TRELLO
This is the app you need for your everyday life! I love using this app for my day-to-day blogging tasks and future projects. It helps me see what task I have to focus and prioritise first. You can even use it to plan and organise your daily tasks other than blogging ones.
The user interface is very sleek so it’s easier to see the information you need. One of the cool things I love about this app is the fact it organises your to-do lists into categories. You have one section for your to-do, one for the tasks you are doing and another one for all the tasks you’ve done.
Ceci est l’application dont vous avez besoin pour votre vie quotidienne! J’aime utiliser cette application pour mes tâches quotidiennes de blogging et mes projets futurs. Cela m’aide à voir quelle tâche je dois d’abord me concentrer et prioriser. Vous pouvez même l’utiliser pour planifier et organiser vos tâches quotidiennes autres que celles de blog.
L’interface utilisateur est très élégante, il est donc plus facile de voir les informations dont vous avez besoin. Une des choses intéressantes que j’aime dans cette application est le fait qu’elle organise vos listes de tâches en catégories. Vous avez une section pour votre tâche, une pour les tâches que vous effectuez et une autre pour toutes les tâches que vous avez effectuées.
EVERNOTE
I’ve been using this app ever since I was 18! Not only you can use it to brainstorm blog post ideas and write blog posts but you can use it for school/uni as well! You can pretty much see all your notes in one place!
J’utilise cette application depuis l’âge de 18 ans! Non seulement vous pouvez l’utiliser pour lancer des idées de publication sur un blog et écrire des articles sur votre blog, mais vous pouvez également l’utiliser pour les études/universités! Vous pouvez voir toutes vos notes au même endroit!
DROPBOX
I personally like using Dropbox for my freebies and future projects. I can easily transfer and share my files with my followers. It’s easily accessible for my readers and I can easily organise/edit my files as well. If you share freebies or digital files on your blog, use Dropbox – it’ll save you a ton of time!
Personnellement, j’aime utiliser Dropbox pour mes freebiesx et mes projets futurs. Je peux facilement transférer et partager mes fichiers avec mes suiveurs. Il est facilement accessible pour mes lecteurs et je peux aussi facilement organiser/éditer mes fichiers. Si vous partagez des freebies ou des fichiers numériques sur votre blog, utilisez Dropbox – cela vous fera gagner beaucoup de temps!
NOTES
Although you can use Evernote, I find that the Notes app on your phone quite handy as well! I literally have hundreds of notes on my phone which consists of my to-do lists, tasks I need to do for my blog & studio, blog post ideas, Instagram captions, etc.

When you are a blogger, I’d highly recommend to add your blog email address on your mail app because it’d be much easier to write and to respond to emails. I usually try my best to reply within 1 to 3 days and replying via my phone is way easier than from my laptop. You can even flag the important emails in your inbox, from that way you can reply to those emails later on in the day if you can’t immediately.

Je fais habituellement de mon mieux pour répondre dans un délai de 1 à 3 jours et répondre via mon téléphone est beaucoup plus facile que depuis mon ordinateur portable. Vous pouvez même signaler les courriels importants dans votre boîte de réception. Vous pourrez ainsi répondre à ces courriels plus tard dans la journée si vous ne le pouvez pas immédiatement.
WORDPRESS
If your blog is on WordPress.com or if you have installed the Jetpack plugin on your self-hosted website then you absolutely need to download the WordPress app! You don’t even need to use a third party app in order to write blog posts, you can write and publish your blog posts from your phone!
In addition, it’s much easier to reply to your blog comments and check your blog stats from your phone. You can easily follow other blogs and interact with other blogs as well.
Si votre blog est sur WordPress.com ou si vous avez installé le plugin Jetpack sur votre site web auto-hébergé, vous devez absolument télécharger l’application WordPress! Vous n’avez même pas besoin d’utiliser une application tierce pour écrire des articles de blog, vous pouvez écrire et publier vos articles de blog depuis votre téléphone!
En outre, il est beaucoup plus facile de répondre aux commentaires de votre blog et de consulter ses statistiques depuis votre téléphone. Vous pouvez facilement suivre d’autres blogs et interagir avec d’autres blogs aussi.
UNUM
If you use Instagram then you absolutely need to download UNUM. You can schedule your Instagram posts and you can plan & design your feed. If having a cohesive feed is on the top of your priority list then make sure to download this app!
Si vous utilisez Instagram, vous devez absolument télécharger UNUM. Vous pouvez planifier vos publications Instagram et planifier et concevoir votre flux. Si vous avez un flux cohérent en tête de votre liste de priorités, assurez-vous de télécharger cette application!

This is quite a handy list. I’m a big fan of Evernote’s. I love how organised the app is, and the fact that you can collaborate with other people via the app. That’s one killer feature I think every notes app should have.
Evernote is a great app, although I now use Google Keep for my writing. For me, Google Keep’s interface is simple and undistracting.
Hey, I’ve heard so much about Trello. Sounds like a swell app. I should probably check it out ASAP.

The main reason I do not have apps is that somehow my blog is an extension of my life. I feel when your time is so planned out, there is little room for creativity left. What do you think?
Hmm I don’t know. Personally for me, I like to have everything organised and planned. From that way I can work more efficiently and productively. I know if I don’t my time planned out, I’ll tend to procrastinate. But I’m pretty sure, you know what works best for you ☺️ If you don’t want to use apps then don’t use them! x
I am still not too comfortable with writing and posting through the WordPress app, but it has definitely made it easier for me to upload photos I will use on my blog, and that has made a very big difference in my blogging. I also like reading blog posts on the app, as it is easy for me to save posts to go back to there.

Evernote is an absolute godsend! While the note app on my phone is great for rough notes, if I have a few more detailed ideas I’ll always go for Evernote as I can get them on my laptop just as easily as on my phone. I’ve never actually heard of Unum but I think I’ll have to give it a go as I’m looking at doing more Instagram stuff 🙂

I really like this list. I have never gotten into Evernote but I do use notes and email is which so useful but being able to use the WordPress app has been so freeing. I also think using dropbox is a good idea for sharing. I am going to look into Trello and Unum. Thx
