I think one of the hardest things in life is to feel content. We all go through happy moments but those are just moments. It’s a period of time but after that moment has passed, you don’t necessarily feel sad but at the same time – you don’t necessarily feel happy either. It’s really hard to describe but it’s a neutral feeling. Depending on your circumstance, it can be difficult to feel happy when people around you are already moving forward in their life and getting up the ladder. Je pense que l’une des choses les plus difficiles dans la vie est de se sentir satisfait. Nous traversons tous des moments heureux mais ce ne sont que des moments. C’est une période de temps, mais une fois ce moment passé, vous ne vous sentez pas nécessairement triste mais en même temps – vous ne vous sentez pas nécessairement heureux non plus. C’est vraiment difficile à décrire mais c’est un sentiment neutre. Selon votre situation, il peut être difficile de se sentir heureux lorsque les gens autour de vous avancent déjà dans leur vie et gravissent les échelons. TRUST THE TIMING OF YOUR LIFE
To be completely honest, being content with your life is a journey. It’s not something that you feel overnight but trusting the timing of your life will help you in that aspect. I’m a firm believer that things will happen when they are meant to happen. There is no point overthinking or over-worrying for something that hasn’t happened yet, when it’s not meant to happen at that particular time.
Pour être tout à fait honnête, se contenter de sa vie est un voyage. Ce n’est pas quelque chose que vous ressentez du jour au lendemain, mais faire confiance au moment de votre vie vous aidera dans cet aspect. Je suis fermement convaincu que les choses arriveront quand elles sont censées se produire. Il ne sert à rien de trop réfléchir ou de trop s’inquiéter pour quelque chose qui ne s’est pas encore produit, alors que cela n’est pas censé se produire à ce moment-là.

FOCUS LESS ON OTHERS
Comparing yourself with others will only bring you negative thoughts & energy and nothing good will come out of it. Try to focus less on what others are achieving and focus more on what you’ve achieved. You have to remember that every person is on their own path and pace. There is literally no point in comparing yourself with another person when that person’s journey/path isn’t the same as yours.
Vous comparer aux autres ne vous apportera que des pensées et de l’énergie négatives et rien de bon n’en sortira. Essayez de moins vous concentrer sur ce que les autres accomplissent et concentrez-vous davantage sur ce que vous avez accompli. Vous devez vous rappeler que chaque personne suit son propre chemin et son propre rythme. Il est littéralement inutile de se comparer à une autre personne lorsque le parcours / chemin de cette personne n’est pas le même que le vôtre.

WHATEVER MEANT FOR YOU WILL HAPPEN
Whatever will be, will be and whatever meant to happen, will happen. It’s something I always remind myself when I’m going through a bad time or when I feel down. It helps put things into perspective and I know that if something is meant to happen, it will happen regardless of where I am or what I am doing.
Tout ce qui sera, sera et tout ce qui est censé arriver arrivera. C’est quelque chose que je me rappelle toujours lorsque je traverse une mauvaise période ou lorsque je me sens mal. Cela aide à mettre les choses en perspective et je sais que si quelque chose est censé se produire, cela se produira peu importe où je suis ou ce que je fais.
